I use different types of massage mediums depending on the individual requirements during the consultation, from Grapeseed oil or Aromatherapy oil in either uplifting, relaxing or stimulating blends. Massage cream or powder (talc free-natural blend option, also available). I recommend a regular massage to treat ongoing problems like muscle tension, as a stress buster or as a one off treatment for pure indulgence, some of the benefits include improved skin condition, a sense of wellbeing, good for anti-cellulite and the list goes on.

Indian Head Massage
Including upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, face & scalp, with the option of coconut oil. Makes a lovely workplace massage ideal for during a lunch break. I recommend this treatment regularly to help if you suffer from tension in the head, neck and shoulder areas, it is also a great stress reliever. On a more holistic level it helps to balance and align the chakras of the body to make you feel more grounded.

Facials
Neal’s Yard Remedies organic products are used, tailored to your own skin type with natural active ingredients and essential oils. Facials take between 20 to 60 mins depending on the treatment. 60 minute plus facials include: cleansing, exfoliation, hot towels, massage, mask, moisturiser and eye cream. I recommend a facial on a monthly basis to achieve good results together with a good daily skincare routine at home.
